I was initially contacted by a recruiter after he found me on LinkedIn. We went through one phone screen and I forwarded him my résumé. Following discussion between the local hiring manager and the recruiter, I met both of them at Linde's local office and did a 1:1 interview with the Linde manager while the recruiter supervised. Following the successful interview, we scheduled a follow up interview at the local office, this time with a video conference connected to the HQ in Munich. 3 people from Munich joined (1 HR, 2 business) and helpd a 1:3 interview (while the local manager observed). Following this interview, we arranged a final video conference interview with the business line manager (held at the local office, with the local manager observing). In general, each interview lasted from 45 minutes to 2 hours. After the final interview, an offer was prepared and I worked with the HR team for the delivery & review of the offer. Generally, the questions were centered around behavior, values and past business performance.
