Initial recruiter interview: the recruiter wouldn't shut up in his attempt to sell Link as an amazing place to work, then when I spent ~5 min. trying to summarize my experience I got the feedback that I "should be more concise in the next interview". Hilarious.
Interview with hiring manager: had a good and friendly conversation, although the interview was absolutely lacking in structure (behavioral interviews are hard I guess) and there was zero evidence of any sort of valid or reliable methodology supporting the selection process.
Stopped hearing anything for over 2 months and then got an email saying that unfortunately they decided to go with someone else. Nowhere did I read the words "Sorry for the delay" or "Thank you for your patience".
In summary, a tremendous waste of time but thankful that I dodged a bullet.
