Describe an incident at work where you disagreed with someone and how you resolved the issue
Spoke to a recruiter and then the head of the dept. It seemed pretty informal which I was surprised about. All in all, it was good. The recruiter was very open about the salary and benefits. The head of dept was very clear about the role and responsibilities.
Screening interview with recruiter, 2 rounds of video interviews, and in-person interview at headquarters. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The final interview included a mock contract negotiation exercise.
