I was referred to a position by an employee. I had 2 phone interviews with the team and 1 phone interview with the recruiter. I was then was asked to complete an exercise (business case study). Once completed, I was invited onsite and had 5 interviews, each lasting ~45 minutes. After one week, the hiring manager called to extend me an offer.
