Excellent interview process, out of all the companies I interviewed at, I felt the most comfortable talking to my recruiter from LinkedIn. After each round, you'll receive direct personalized feedback via a phone call. Now the process -
1 - Recruiter phone screen -
My recruiter found my resume online and got in touch. Pretty direct, lasts about 45 mins, they'll talk about your past experience and why you'd choose to work at LinkedIn. I got the first technical phone screen from here on.
2 - Technical phone screen -
starts with a little about yourself and the interviewer, followed by 2 coding questions. Both were pretty standard. I cleared this round and advanced to the final phone screen.
3 - Final technical phone screen -
Pretty similar to first one. Now here's the thing, DON'T BE ME! I made a lot of stupid mistakes. I was very nervous and couldn't keep my calm before the interview. As a result, I over-complicated a pretty straightforward question. I jumped to code before thinking the problem through and this took me a lot of time and trial and error before getting to the working solution. Remember to think before you code and ask clarifying questions. I, unfortunately, couldn't make it past the final round (I could've done so easily, and so can you!)
