I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lithium Technologies (Austin, TX)
Interview
A former colleague referred me for the open position. After initial discussions with the recruiter, we set a time for me to come in for the interview. I met with 4 engineers and the VP of Engineering. Half of the interviews were problem solving on a white board and the others were primarily discussing past experience. I would say that the difficulty was medium. They made an offer the next day and after negotiations, the final offer was made the following day.

Interview
There were a total of 4 rounds: 2 technical, 1 managerial-cum-technical and 1 HR.In the first round, I was given a requirement and asked to write code to achieve the requirement. Later I was asked questions about the code that I had written. In the 2nd round, I was given some scenarios and had to use whiteboard to write pseudo-code. There were some algorithm questions at the end of the round. 3rd round started with managerial discussion with the director of engineering. At the end of the discussion, I was given a fairly complex graph problem to solve. Last round was HR discussion and I got a very broad of company history and its products. The whole interview experience was seamless and fun.

You first have a phone-screen with a recruiter that tries to get a little background information then gauge your salary expectations. You then have a phone screen one of the lead engineers. Then an onsite interview where you meet with several team members one at a time where they ask you a bunch of questions to determine you experience and qualification level.
