I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Baton Rouge, LA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Market Manager left message, but not last name or phone number. I contacted HQ in Detroit and they were not sure either. Had to reapply several more times before HR called me for phone interview, before face to face with Market Manager. Market Manager lowballed me with a lesser position, and half the salary than I was currently making. I declined, but was talked in to meeting with the owner who was in town. 15 minute interview and given a closer match to what my salary was.
The easiest interview you’ll honestly ever have. The questions were pretty simple. Just looking for prior experience managing people. Turnover is really high, so you likely already have the job.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Murfreesboro, TN) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was asked a couple questions about previous Manager jobs I had. Mostly about labor and food cost. Then it became very comfortable and more like juzt a conversation between two people meeting for the first time. Pat, the franchisee was very cool and easy to converse with. The best thing I took from our conversation was that they are forward thinking and not just settled with their success. Before hiring me he said that he wants to hire someone who will stick with the company not just fill a position. This tells me that if I am hired that I am valued and not just filling a blank space. This is probably the most excited ive been to start a new job in the past 15-16 years. I start in an hour and a half and cant waite.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I was a crew member for under six months when I was asked to move up to general manager, I accepted. Then i had my first interview with my regional manager and my district manager was there also, then I had a second interview which was over the phone with the recruiter at the corporate office. After that I signed a back ground check and started my training. It took a week to do my interviews and then start training.
