I interviewed over Skype, with the Premium Seats Coordinator and the Director of Premium Seats. They asked basic interview questions and also some out of the box such as "what was the first concert you attended?" and "how would you handle this situation?"

I applied through school, heard back in 3 days via phone call to set up an interview. Interviewed the following week, heard back with an acceptance the next day. Easiest interview I've ever had- just express interest, be passionate, and get along well with the interviewers and you're in!
