      Customer Service Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Apr 2016

      Interview

I had a 15 min phone interview, which they asked about my basic backgroud and job related questions. An hour later I recieved an email to invite me to the site for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted almost an hour. They asked a lot of scenario questions and my background experience. The interviewers were friendly and nice. After the interview ended I asked about the next step. I felt like she was too transparent by implying that I didn't get the job by brushing me off that I will hear back from HR.
