      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2019

      Interview

The interview process started out great. They were very responsive and professional. It seemed like a great company to work for and I was excited about the opportunity. I first spoke to someone from HR and then spoke with the hiring manager. After my second phone conversation I was quickly asked to come in for a 3+ hour interview which would include me giving a 30 min presentation. Since it was a long interview I needed to confirm when I could take time off of my current job and then used their scheduling platform to book the onsite interview (I was in communication with HR during the day I needed to confirm). Instead of getting a confirmation of the exact time of the interview, I received an email saying that they had filled the position. I was very confused since I had just been asked to come in for an extensive interview, so I am not sure how the job had been filled when the interviews had not been completed. I was not given an explanation and I find the “no feedback” policy rude especially considering the amount of effort they ask from the candidate. It was disrespectful to suddenly stop the process, especially since I moved my schedule around and had to take time off to accommodate.

What core elements/initiatives would you implement to help the team be more strategic?

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Mar 2018

      Interview

The interview process took place in three steps. First, one interviews with a recruiter and answers typical personality question. If selected for the next round, one is asked personality questions by the manager of the intern program. Finally, there is an onsite interview with the team one applied to be on. During this interview, the applicant is asked to complete an excel test in a specific amount of time.
