Very poor coordination and overall fragmented process. Several scheduled phone interviews were cancelled and re-scheduled, after the recruiters and hiring managers missed and/or forgot about the calls. Incredibly disorganized and slow to respond, as we moved to each next step through the process. Liveramp moved at a snail's pace, such that I went through the whole hiring process with other companies AND signed offer with one of them, before even getting close to done with Liveramp process (and I had applied to Liveramp months prior). Company doesn't seem committed to bringing on talent.
