When I was offered a brain riddle (something about cards, something of sorts I enjoed in high school at the Math Olympiads) I had tried to change the direction of the interview, I said that if interviewer wants to test my wits, why don't we play chess instead (I am not that dull, I am a Chess Master after all), I suggested to may be review one of my projects from my 20+ years experience or apps from my demo web site (I have nine fully functional apps).
To which interviewer stopped an interview (lasted 15 minutes)
I then asked him if may be he is interested in the Two Envelope paradox solution?
He was very surprised, which paradox?
The one that is on your job description, on your website!
um,hmmm, I dont know much about it, but you can send the solution to us by email?
I also linkedin him....
Its weird when you have 10 years education, a PhD in Math and your interviewer has five years education, four of which are in Chemical Engineering.
You have 15 years in Research plus 20 in database design and development, your interviewer has just 3 years of experience...
Seriously? Really, seriously?
