LiveRamp interview questions

Pathetic. Not up to the mark of silicon valley. They take interviews just for the record purpose. I doubt if they hire anyone in the interview process. Talked to recruiter - Standard boasting about company and blah blah. 30 min interview with engineer : Behaviour / skill set / interest based. Was pretty good talk. He was really with my answers. He said you will hear about next steps from the company in next week. Next week i get automated email of rejection. I wonder that this company ever hired anyone by taking interviews. Dont waste your time in talking to them. Unethical, unprofessional people.

6 step interview process: 1)LinkedIn Recruiter, 2)Internal Recruiter, 3)Product Manager, 4)Presentation, 5)Onsite Interview, 6) Culture Interview First two recruiter calls were conversational and very easy. Next was the call with the Product Manager who admitted she had difficulties interacting with clients, even though this was for a client-facing role. There were awkward pauses as she went down a list of scripted questions (difficult for natural conversation to flow). I could hear her phone buzzing and replying to texts/emails as I was responding to questions. Call ended very abruptly because she was late for a presentation. Followed up with her the next day and she didn't reply, but I received an email shortly thereafter from the recruiter saying they would not be proceeding with me as a candidate. While LiveRamp might have been a great company to join, they need to have someone with more leadership skills doing the interviews once past the recruiter level, especially for client facing roles.
