Terrible experience overall
Why so ?
Was asked to prepone my interview to accommodate their needs. I did with an intent to move faster. However, after the onsite they never got back. It has been 3 full days since.
The coordinator sent me an interview format before the interview. The actual interview process was entirely different.
Onsite consisted of 4 management interviews performed by IC(s), which seemed very strange.
What went well ?
The engineers who interviewed me seemed to be talented and asked good questions.
I sincerely hope that liveramp takes this feedback seriously and works on providing a pleasant experience to candidates. They are spending their valuable time (and $$) after all.
