LiveRamp Senior Technical Writer interview questions

After finally getting a phone screen scheduled, the recruiter mumbled during the screen and hardly understandable. Required writing examples and sent them. Interviewed by hiring manager which was cursory at best. Then, ghosted for a month during which I sent numerous emails asking for status. Finally, after 5 weeks, I was told I wasn't moving forward in the hiring process.
