Lockheed Martin Contracts Administrator interview questions

Very intense interview. Be ready. Have notes nearby and prepare in advance. Two managers will fire questions at you and you won’t have long to answer. Then they will ask follow up questions for further clarification.

Was emailed a date for the interview rather than being asked to provide availability. There was the option to change it, but it didn't seem like a good idea. The interview was a panel of 3 people where the job and company were first described, I was asked to highlight the portions of my resume that were related to the position I was applying for, then it was a round-robin of STAR format behavior questions. After that was an opportunity to ask questions. I was told at the interview I would hear within 2 weeks, but got an offer emailed to me from HR the next day. The negotiation and background check process then took about 3 weeks. The only downside of this hiring process was the HR reps lack of availability. She never answered when I called and responded to emails well after hours and on weekends. It was a bit frustrating when you are excited and want immediate answers.
