Applied to many analyst positions in a 3 month period.
Received a few rejection emails.
Recruiter emailed me in regards to one of the financial analyst positions for which I applied. Filled out the questionnaire the recruiter sent me to fill out.
2 weeks later recruiter set up an in-person interview with hiring manager.
Interview with a two person panel. (Both are Hiring Mangers)

Interview
The whole process took about a month and a half. After the initial phone interview, I went in for an in person interview. I sat in front of a two person panel that lasted for about an hour. Some of the questions were technical in nature, but most of the questions asked were behavioral questions using the STAR method.

The interviewing process was easier than I expected. They went over the details of my resumes and asked questions about my experience that relates to the job I applied for. They are really good at making sure your a good fit. Although, I didn't get the job the interview went well. I was very comfortable. About 3 weeks after the interview I received a rejection email.
