Received a call from a hiring manager a month or so after applying online. Scheduled an interview shortly after the first call and then conducted a phone interview. Phone interview was only 30 minutes long and consisted of 7 or so questions, ranging from "tell me about yourself" to "why should we pick you over other candidates"
