Lockheed Martin Quality Engineer interview questions

Basic behavioral questions, the engineer I was talking to was an easy going guy. He made sure to make us feel comfortable and the whole interview was just talking to each other.

I initially received and email saying I was no longer under consideration for the position. Then I got an email from the hiring manager asking if I was still interested in working with LM. So I did a phone interview. The next day I get a call from the recruiter saying they wanted to schedule an on-site interview and set up a time. An hour later, I get another email from the recruiter basically saying she misunderstood and they didn’t want to set up an on-site interview. So I got my hopes up for nothing. Not a good way to impress new candidates. Very unprofessional.
