Phone Interview just asked standard HR questions not to difficult.They really needed to hire people, so anybody who applied at that time pretty much got an interview. Furthermore, if you get asked to go onsite you pretty much have the job.

I went to Loews Sapphire Falls and got interviewed by the Recreation Manager. I had to wait a while but the interview wasn't long. The only thing I didn't agree with is that I had to pay for parking when I was there for a interview.
