LogicMonitor Account Executive interview questions

2+ month process, multiple interviews. They ask questions demanding critical thinking, honesty, & quickness. They are very particular about who they hire, but in the best way. They are looking for the best skillset for the respective position.

The interview process was clearly outlined. Involved an initial phone screen from the Sales Manager. Then an in person interview with Sales Management and current Account Executives. Final round was with the CEO.
