      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA) in Oct 2017

      Interview

The interview process was incredibly efficient. I applied to LogicMonitor on a Monday and was extended an offer of employment 8 days later. The process consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter, a video interview with the hiring manager, and an onsite interview with the team. I was given timely feedback and never wondered about my status as a candidate. The team made me feel welcome during my onsite interview. I was given an accurate explanation of what the role would entail and was given valuable insight into the company.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2019

      Interview

The interview process was fairly long, I had to take an assessment, then a screening call with the Recruiter, a call with the Senior Manager, a call with the Senior Director, and finally took a proctored assessment, all before being eligible to come onsite. Through this process I was told I had an exceptional background and would be an asset to the team, therefore they were planning on expediting me through the process. I am employed full time, so it was difficult to find the time to make all these calls and assessments happen, but I did so because they were excited about me and I was excited about them. Come to my surprise, after submitting my assessment I hear nothing for two days. Finally, I email the Recruiter who tells me the hiring team will "sync early next week." I had already informed her I could come in early next week, and was confused why I was suddenly being halted. Yesterday morning, I got a call that they would not be continuing with me because they had hired other people. My recruiter told me it had nothing to do with my background, they had just brought other people onsite last week. I received no transparency that this might be an issue and am shocked that my recruiter never informed me of this, especially after I was told that I would be pushed through the process quickly. As someone who works in this industry, I am upset that candidates are treated this way, especially when they have the background you are supposedly looking for. I highly recommend in the future you are transparent with candidates so this does not happen again. All around, an incredibly disappointing experience.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2019

      Interview

There was a basic initial phone screening, during which a recruiter asked me more about my experience and my interest in the role. I also had to complete a basic cognitive/personality assessment, which was pretty fun and challenging. After that, I had a couple of video interviews with various managers and directors, before coming onsite for a few different interviews (2 hours total).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Lots of great scenario questions! ie: Describe to me a time that you had to persuade someone of something and what strategies you used to do it.

      Interview

My resume and cover letter were submitted to the company by my referral. Soon after, I received an email with instructions to take the CCAT and a personality assessment. After taking those I was reached out to by talent acquisition for a 30 min video interview and CCAT verification. Proceeding that was a 30 min phone call interview. Finally, I was invited to LogicMonitor for an on-site interview. This was all over the course of two weeks.
