A recruiter reached out to me and we scheduled an initial interview on the phone. Then I took an online sales assessment and IQ test. Met with a sales manager via video chat (Zoom) and then retook the IQ test while being monitored via video chat. Then, I went onsite for 3 more 30 minute interviews and gave a mock presentation for a team of 4 (allowed to present whatever I wanted - but I chose to present Logic Monitor).
