I had a very enjoyable experience interviewing with LogicMonitor. I am the type of person that is turned off by formality for the sake of formality, but I also want to there to be a sense of professionalism. My first meeting was on the phone where I was able to ask very frank questions that would have serious impact on my job. Not only where direct questions about LogicMonitor okay, they were welcomed by all people in the interview process. My second interview was with the hiring manager at a local hotel. It felt like less of an interview and was more like a conversation between two co-workers about how to address current issues. Lastly was a interview with the CEO. This was also something that was more akin to a conversation than anything else. I was truly curious about his background and how he was led into his current position. I was also curious what the future held for the company. I really felt during the whole process, nothing was off limits, and I was treated with respect.
