Hiring manager interview (2 ppl): Going through resume, specific questions on role related experiences. Probes on customer centricity and performance monitoring behaviors. No technical skill check. 3. Team/bar raiser interview (3 ppl): Candidate to prepare a 10 mins presentation of a customer centricity question. 4-5 competency based questions. Last question is regarding how other people see you as a person/coworker.
