I applied online. The next day I went to the restaurant to follow up with management. THey said they would call me. THe next day I received a call to come in for an interview. I came in, interviewed with two people and i got the job on the stop.
Was interviewed by a server manager then moved to a general manager. Was then told more details of the job description and what the job is more like. Was also given the pay rate and how pay deposit works.

Brief, but thorough. Manager sat me down one on one to talk about opportunities for advancement and what responsibilities I would be entitled to. Within a couple days I was contacted to set up a training schedule - the training process is about a week to 2 weeks long
