I applied online, and was immediately invited to set up an in person interview. I interviewed with the assistant manager, and it was very brief. She told me she would call the next day, and didn't however.

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.

Easy and straight to the point , they want to see that you have personality and you’re able to handle irate customers, make sure to dress buisness casual ! Great way to become a server as well

Applied online and went in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with each manager separately. Both were patient and were mainly concerned with hours I could work and my past experience. However, I still got hired having no experience.
