It was easy it was not difficult except one manager interviewed me and was very rude she tried to undermine me and I still got the position I wanted. I would say that the training I got was valuable but I did not enjoy management at all. They were the most ignorant people I have ever met. I was in a small town and needed some work.

Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
