Interview
Went great. Server manager was professional and listened to any concerns I had. He was caring and agreeing when I stated that my academics come first and would be appreciative if there wasn’t an issue changing my availability each semester due to working around my class schedule, and he made it happen.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

About past experience as a server in various dining settings
Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
