Lonza Core Tech- Viral interview questions

Absolutely horrible and so very unprofessional! The lack of communication throughout this company is astonishing. The reviews about management are 100% real! I applied back in Feb of 2020, then in early March I received an email to schedule an interview. We did the first part of the interview, where the HR person said he was "very excited to me to the next round". TWO months later, I finally, finally, got rejected. I was more happy that they actually communicated that more than anything. I almost forgot I applied there because it has been so long. I already found a job in April, so was just extra. I know you might be looking to get your first bit of biotech experience, but find another company to do it at. The paycheck is decent (41K per year for entry level positions), but the toxic environment is really not worth it. I have three friends who work there, and they hate their lives. Please be careful! Look up Allergan, Fuji Biotech, J3, or any other company first.
