You apply for the job online, then you take a written exam. If you pass the exam, you get an interview. Interviews are structured in that they tell you that they can only ask the questions as written in their interview book, interview lasts 20 minutes tops. They do not as anything other than what is written and they tell you that if you have any questions, that you need to ask hr.
