Department of Social Services does not interview when you come in as a new hire. You just have to pass a background check.

Interview
The interview process was held in a group setting with many interviews taking place at the same time in a large room. The questions were straightforward, and did not take more than 15-20 minutes. More of a screening than an interview.

What would you consider to be your greatest strength and your weakness?
nothing to describe. it was a generic interview and i realized immediately that i would never want to work there so i stopped trying. interviewers seemed to barely have a personality.
