I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Mooresville, NC) in Jul 2013
Interview
After an initial phone interview/screening, two subsequent in-person interviews followed. The first with the hiring manager (direct supervisor), and a second with a panel of professionals from the hiring department. The process was long and drawn out, with the longest interval being between the initial job posting and the first in-person interview.

Question 1
How did previous job experience prepare me for this role
Made up of three steps. First, you may or may not get to speak with a recruiter to get a baseline. I spoke with a recruiter for 30 minutes before ever getting any interviews. I received a 30 minute interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, I went to a panel that included 3 1-hour interviews with either peers of the hiring manager or director-level leader of the hiring manager.
