It was simple. Went in and interviewed with HR first, then the department head. They had several other people there for interviews, and called us in one at a time.

Question 1
There are too many to pick from. But it was a traditional interview, nothing unexpected.
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

Interview
I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
