Very casual in office, minimal questions, no asking on prior experience, basic interview questions asked, was given opportunity to ask questions at the end, job description provided, seemed to be very checklist oriented

Little to no human communication. Everything is set up via AI. You Meet with the store Department Head, however since they do not technically work for Lowe's and rather the vendors, within the Lowe's confines they are in plain clothes.

Less than a week. Interviewed and got the conditional job offer. I took the drug test at the store the same day. That had to be sent off for testing. By the time I got home the background check e-mail was in my inbox. Filled it out and sent in the same day. By the next day I had received the all clear from the background check. Waited 4 more days and got a call from them that I had passed it all. Was told they were trying to get some more candidates for training class and they would call me later that afternoon to schedule me whether or not they had gotten the others scheduled for training.
