It is a very common in-person interview process. You apply online and then you wait for them to call you back. Usually, a manager will interview you and they have around 10 questions that they ask you.
Interviewed with store's front end manager. The interview took approximately 20 minutes and received salary and offer on site. My education and years of experience were entered into computer system to generate the wage that the manager offered.

Asked about Job history , life goals , availability . Process went fairly fast . I didn’t think it would be so short. Otherwise the interview went well and management seemed personable .
