Not too bad. Got the job on the spot after my dad made a call. Only two rounds of interviews in total. I’m working to get a promotion now after being here for two years in total

How did previous job experience prepare me for this role
Made up of three steps. First, you may or may not get to speak with a recruiter to get a baseline. I spoke with a recruiter for 30 minutes before ever getting any interviews. I received a 30 minute interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, I went to a panel that included 3 1-hour interviews with either peers of the hiring manager or director-level leader of the hiring manager.
