Interview
Logistically, there were 3 stages: an initial phone screen, a technical video call with 2 higher ups of the DS team, and then a 4 hour final interview that includes cultural and technical competency, a meet and greet with some team members, and then a 1 hour modeling problem with a short informal presentation at the end.
Overall, all the people that I interacted with throughout the process were incredibly kind, funny, and understanding which is ultimately why I chose to accept the offer.

Mostly experimental design and how to deal with common issues that arise with data from this industry

Interview
After two interviewers introduce themselves, they begin with asking you some general questions such as “tell us about your current project”, “when are you graduate from the program”, etc. This for them to know you. Then followed with several technical questions. The whole process takes up to 70 minutes.
I applied online and was then invited to take a personality/logical reasoning assessment that lasted about an hour. From there, I received a skype interview with 2 data scientists. Initially, I was informed that the interview process consists of one behavioral interview followed by a technical interview. However, this skype interview was almost entirely technical.

What they described as "high level thinking" questions that dealt primarily with regression analysis and experimental design. They gave specific examples/models and asked questions about how you would proceed with the given information.
