I got it through google jobs. The interview was 3 behavioral questions and 1 technical question about microcontrollers. Overall pretty easy but I recommend doing some case studies. Try looking on YouTube.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lubrizol
Interview
Interview was with three different people and the engineering manager. I was then quizzed on my resume starting from two decades ago until the present on every place I'd worked (I had quite a few). He wanted to know what I did, and why I left each place. Seemed pointless exercise to me-it was ll on the resume anyway. I felt the interview was a time waster and designed to see if I would get annoyed. I didn't, but answered calmly.

Question 1
Asking me if I would be happy doing a job that was not as fast-paced as the one I was used to. (a steadier pace). I was not expecting that question.
