Lucid Motors Embedded Systems Engineer interview questions

Honestly, I was quite worried they would rip me to shreds from reading the Glassdoor interview reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I went through the process of doing one HR phone screen, one short technical interview with the department manager and then a panel interview consisting of 5 interviews. Prior to the panel interview my HR point of contact gave me a little pep talk which was very encouraging actually. All the interviewers were very kind and explained how the question relates to the job they're hiring for. If I didn't get the question completely correct they would explain what the correct answer was and why it was important to know. I can see how it can be seen as "arrogant" as described in some of the interview reviews but I personally found it quite helpful. I received feedback from HR that they were looking for someone with more experience but encouraged me to reapply after the cool down period. Overall I thought it was a very pleasant interview experience!
