Going into this was exciting and encouraging. However, I quickly learned that the process was unorganized, frazzled, unprofessional and ultimately a waste of time. One of the hiring managers even came out of the gate and shared that the negative reviews you read on Glassdoor about poor candidate experience are true. I just wish I didn’t have to experience it for myself.
