Got a phone interview, followed by a week of silence, then a zoom interview followed by 2 weeks of silence, then 2 more zoom interviews followed by another week of silence. Every interview asked me the same questions which made the entire process feel like a waste of my time. I was also told when scheduling the last 2 interviews that they would take 2-3 hours, but at the interview they commented that they rarely go longer than 30 min each.
