Smooth, and I appreciate the ease of accessibility to contact my hiring manager. A mild delay in getting back to me after I initially submitted my application, but a good experience nonetheless.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lucid Motors (Casa Grande, AZ) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied 6/22/2022. I received an email from Adrienne Bahr (recruiter) on August 1, 2022 to set up an interview with her. We discussed the job, pay, benefits, relocation, OT expectations and 401K. The conversation went extremely well. She is very professional and well detailed. Ms. Bahr schedule a virtual interview on ZOOM with Daniel; drivetrain lead, he asked questions regarding background and skills. Why do you want to work for Lucid? Not a problem to answer having worked in manufacturing for over 20+ years. He seemed very laid back and engaging. I think it went very well. It’s only been 3 days since my interview, and No call backs or offer. Not expecting one this soon in the process. Will update if I don’t receive an email or follow up after 2 weeks.
Update: 8/12/2022
Received an update from (Recruiter) Adrienne Bahr giving me an update. Informing how the company wants to make the best hiring decision and they are still working through the process of making a decision. I give Mrs. Adrienne Bahr 5 Stars as being professional, keeping her applicant base on notice, and honestly caring enough to provide feedback. Rather I receive the job or not, i give this recruiter much respect. Ramp ups usually chaotic and can take about 14 days because of the amount of people that if being processed through the system and interviewed. So, I'm grateful for a quick feedback.
