Originally, it went great, then it took a deep downhill dive. Not only because I didn't get an offer, but recruiters and managers lead you on and ghost here, extremely badly. Surprisingly coming from the best of the best like Tesla, and having a similar technical and customer service role, they'll just use you to ask for all the ideas and shortcomings of competition and what to improve. You'll go through multiple rounds of interviews, and through the early phases things will move quick, usually about a week or two for the hiring manager and regional interviews, then a final panel. Until they get all the information out of you about the competition and decided they took enough hints from your ideas, then the responses slow down, and diminish to the point everyone who continually spoke to you through the process goes ghost. In the midst of the interviewing process, like others said, they'll try to recommend a different, much lower entry level position and lure you back in at some point and then disappear again. They did this company a huge dishonor with this interviewing process.
