Lucid Motors interview questions

I spoke with the recruiter and I felt that the call went exceptionally well. At the end of the call, the recruiter asked for a few time slots so she can connect me with the hiring manager. I provided my availability and told her I'd follow up via email as well. Radio silence after. I sent another follow up email later in the week, asking for an update or to even just advise if I am still considered for the role. Nothing. It was a negative experience not following through and not being responsive to candidates.

Took me 2 weeks to get the on-site. Interviewed by: VP Sr Manager and the Lead Engineer Other Engineers It took 4-5 hrs in total The lead for testing Edgar is a very cool guy, and was very clear about his process and the goals for the team. Engineer from Design team also in the panel were rude and condescending with arrogance. “Offer rejected”
