Lucid Motors Software Engineer interview questions

Hiring process is very slow and lengthy. Some interviewers are very unprofessional. It seems like the other comments suggest very reflective of the working culture at the org. Very disorganized process. They aren't clear as to what they are looking for. There is lot of work, they want someone to come and pick that up.

A software engineer lead reached out to me for a technical interview and I did well on it and he said I was going to have another one because I'm not local. I scheduled with the Hr and Hr realized I had a technical interview already and she thought it might be redundant to have another one so she talked with hiring manager and said my next step was onsite interview and wanted to talk with me?about some details about onsite. We scheduled the time and she never called me back. And I emailed her twice and still no response and over a week has passed. I had great passion that I want to work for such a motors startup, but I feel the hiring people them don't care about candidates. Overall, it's not professional, feel like they don't care how candidates think about them. Even if you want to cancel the interview process, you should at least let the candidate know, just a simple email will make the whole difference.
