The Human Resource person interviewed me at one of the centers. The center was beautiful when I walked in. She asked me a couple of questions, and the interview was over. It was a simple process.

15 min interview in Plano. Casual and asked about time in hospitality. Very friendly front desk staff and interview. It was casual and there weren’t any “got ya!” questions which was nice. They seemed to appreciate when you mention you looked them up ahead of time.

3 interviews, first with HR Manager, second with Director of Operations, third with an Owner. Pretty straight forward interview, asking about prior experience and getting a feel for your personality as it is a client facing position.
