Interview
3 parts to the interview(s): 1. Fill out a form regarding information about yourself. This form will include a question along of the lines of, "Tell me a story of a time growing up where you learned a lesson, or went above and beyond to complete a task." 2. Interview with recruiter. A recruiter will call you and ask you some basic questions about yourself to see if you're a good fit for Lucid. Tell them that you value company culture, and that you are looking for a place who values their employees in return. 3. Three more sets of interviews with the QA team.

1. "You got a new job as a QA Specialist, but you have no training yet, how would you go about testing a refrigerator?" 2. "Other than the obvious, name a light source in your kitchen." - This question is meant to see how abstract you think. Lucid is obsessed with outside-the-box thinkers, so just come up with some weird answer. 3. "Here is our Lucid Chart product, please show me how you would test this font styling feature"

What quality do you think is most important for a QA Specialist
Asked a lot of weird questions. Interviewed with 6 people for something entry level, didn't feel necessary. A bunch of questions seemed too open ended, almost like they were hoping you would say something wrong.

Interview
Phone interview, followed by 3 technical interviews. Typically, each interview is with 2 team members, and a finally a final round with management. Overall, it's a simple, straightforward/simple process. It takes about 3 weeks
