One of the most unprofessional interview processes I have ever gone through. I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn and had a phone screen with her over a week later. Another week later, I had a second phone interview with the Content supervisor that was pleasant, comprehensive, and seemed very promising. Yet another week later, I received a generic rejection letter via email saying I "was not selected to continue with the hiring process" — the type you would normally send in response to a wave-one resume that didn't even make the first round of interviews. There wasn't a scrap of feedback or even vague reasoning another candidate was chosen; merely a "thanks but no thanks." Lucid made it crystal clear that my time was not worth anything to them, wasting almost a full month of it overall.
