The process was about a week or so for all interviews. I first spoke with their recruitment agency, then did an in person interview with a senior sales manager and a corporate level sales director, and then the last interview was with a regional manager. The interviews were very casual yet professional. Each person was very friendly and you could tell they really liked working for the company. Also, each of the people I interview with started off as an hourly/entry employee and moved their way up fast within the company.
They did present an offer, however, I was waiting for a second offer from another company before choosing which one would ultimately work best for me. Job seekers need to keep in mind that not only are they interviewing you, you should be interviewing them! You are going to spend a majority of your time, away from your family and such, to work for a company so make sure it's the right fit. I requested that they wait until my second offer came in, which was supposed to be about a week later, and they graciously agreed. My second offer took longer than expected to come in so Bowlmor ended up rescinding their offer due to wait time and they also felt I would be choosing them as a last resort. All in all, I understand their position as it's strictly business for them.
